
Tomato and Chilli Vinaigrette

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 60ml balsamic vinegar
- 5ml dijon mustard
- 120ml extra virgin olive oil
- 60ml tomato juice
- pinch chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In your KilnerĀ® bottle, combine the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Shake until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the tomato puree or tomato juice with minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Add this tomato mixture to the base vinaigrette and whisk or shake vigorously to combine. Adjust the amount of chilli flakes based on your desired level of spiciness.
- Refrigerator for up to 1 to 2 weeks. Ā
