- 1 cup rosehips
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup honey
Method
- Briefly blitz rosehips in a blender and add to a pan of water .
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add honey.
- Store in sterilised jars and keep in the fridge for up to 6 months.
