
Rhubarb Gin

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 1kg Rhubarb
- 800ml Gin
- 400g Sugar
Method
- Cut the leaves off the rubarb and chop the stems into roughly 1 inch pieces.
- Put the rhubarb and the sugar in a 2 litre KilnerĀ® jar and leave for 24 hours.
- Add the gin, shake and leave for four weeks at room temperature, shaking every day.
- Strain and pour into either one large bottle or a few smaller ones to give as gifts. Enjoy!
