
Raspberry Gin
When you are over-run with fresh raspberries, this quick recipe makes a deliciously sweet and tart liqueur. The prettiest dark pink colour, decant into smaller kilner bottles to gift.
Makes 3 x 250ml Kilner® Bottles.

Ingredients
- 750ml Gin
- 450g Fresh Raspberries
- 200g Grandulated Sugar
Method
- Add the ingredients to a 2L Kilner® jar and shake every day for 1 month.
- Shake once a week for the next 2 months.
- Sieve the contents through muslin and pour into the Kilner® bottles.
- Serve as a liqueur.
