
Potato Milk



Potato milk is a super sustainable plant-based milk, that only requires few ingredients to make. This recipe is easy to follow and leaves you with a smooth, versatile milk that will last 2-3 days in the fridge.
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 3 Medium potatoes
- 900ml of Water
- 1-2 tbsp Ground almonds
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and boil them for around 15 minutes until they are soft.
- Drain the potatoes and put them into a blender with 750ml of water. Slowly add the remainder of the water when blending for a thinner texture if preferred.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend for around 5 minutes until smooth. Strain through a cheesecloth.
- Pour into an airtight KilnerĀ® Bottle and store in the fridge.
