Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 375ml coconut water or plant milk
- 1/4 mango
- 100g mixed berries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1-2 lettuce leaves
- 1.5 tbsp oats
- 1.5 tbsp plant yoghurt
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
- Optional 1 scoop vanilla protein powder/ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with an optional swirl of vegan cream and enjoy!
