Ingredients

  • 375ml coconut water or plant milk
  • 1/4 mango
  • 100g mixed berries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 lettuce leaves
  • 1.5 tbsp oats
  • 1.5 tbsp plant yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • Optional 1 scoop vanilla protein powder/ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with an optional swirl of vegan cream and enjoy!
