Indulge in the perfect harmony of sweet and tangy with our Honey Balsamic Dressing! Combining rich balsamic vinegar, luscious honey, and a touch of Dijon mustard, this versatile dressing adds a burst of flavour to any salad. 

You will need: Set Of 2 Oil Bottles & Metal Rack 0.3 Litre

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 60ml balsamic vinegar
  • 5ml dijon mustard
  • 120ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 30ml honey
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In your KilnerĀ® bottle, combine the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Shake until well combined.
  2. To the base vinaigrette, add an additional 15 ml of honey if you prefer a sweeter dressing. Whisk or shake well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Refrigerate for up to 1 to 2 weeks.

Recipe Tips

We recommend re-shaking before serving if stored in the fridge for a while.
