
Honey Balsamic Dressing

Indulge in the perfect harmony of sweet and tangy with our Honey Balsamic Dressing! Combining rich balsamic vinegar, luscious honey, and a touch of Dijon mustard, this versatile dressing adds a burst of flavour to any salad.

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 60ml balsamic vinegar
- 5ml dijon mustard
- 120ml extra virgin olive oil
- 30ml honey
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In your KilnerĀ® bottle, combine the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Shake until well combined.
- To the base vinaigrette, add an additional 15 ml of honey if you prefer a sweeter dressing. Whisk or shake well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Refrigerate for up to 1 to 2 weeks.
Recipe Tips
