
Citrus and Mint Infused Water

This refreshing blend of citrus and mint is perfect for a hot day. Citrus fruits are also a good source of Vitamin C, promotes hydration and can aid digestion!
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 2 litres cold filtered water
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 lime sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- Handful fresh mint leaves
Method
- Prepare your drink dispenser: fill a large drink dispenser with cold filtered water.
- Add fruits and herbs: Slice your orange, lime and lemon into thin pieces. Add the slices and mint leaves to the drink dispenser.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavour.
- Serve over ice in a glass. For an extra kick, garnish with a spig of mint and a lime wedge.
Recipe Tips
Experiment with sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a splash of natural sweetener like agave syrup or honey.
