Citrus and Mint Infused Water

This refreshing blend of citrus and mint is perfect for a hot day. Citrus fruits are also a good source of Vitamin C, promotes hydration and can aid digestion!

    Ingredients and Method

    Ingredients

    • 2 litres cold filtered water
    • 1 orange sliced
    • 1 lime sliced
    • 1 lemon sliced
    • Handful fresh mint leaves

    Method

    1. Prepare your drink dispenser: fill a large drink dispenser with cold filtered water.
    2. Add fruits and herbs: Slice your orange, lime and lemon into thin pieces. Add the slices and mint leaves to the drink dispenser.
    3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavour.
    4. Serve over ice in a glass. For an extra kick, garnish with a spig of mint and a lime wedge.

    Recipe Tips

    Experiment with sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a splash of natural sweetener like agave syrup or honey.
