
Caramelised Cinnamon Almonds
Caramelized cinnamon almonds are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for snacking or sharing with friends. They are made with just a few simple ingredients, and they can be customized to your liking.

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 200g Almonds (skin on or off)
- 100g Icing Sugar
- 50g Caster Sugar (not granulated)
- 80ml Water
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Method
- Heat the water in a large saucepan over medium heat, stir in the sugars and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the cinnamon, and almonds.
- Stir constantly until the almonds are fully coated and the water has evaporated.
- Tip the almonds onto a lined baking sheet, spread out evenly, make sure there are no lumps.
- Allow the almonds to cool and dry completely before adding to a jar.
Recipe Tips
● Will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for a week, in the fridge they will keep for up to 3 weeks.
● Allow the almonds to cool and dry completely before adding to a jar, if they are added to the jar when still warm, they will go soggy and lose their crunch.
