Mummified Kilner® Jar
Decorate your doorstep with a mummified Kilner® Jar. It’s super easy to make and looks even more eerie when filled with an LED candle.
You will need:
- Kilner® Universal Push Top Jar (we used the 2 litre jar)
- A roll of bandage
- Googly eyes
- Double sided tape
Step 1
Remove the lid from a Kilner® Universal Push Top Jar (we used the 2 litre jar) and put to one side.
Step 2
Starting at the top of the jar, wind the bandage around the jar using double sided tape to secure it as you go.
Step 3
As you get towards the middle, leave a gap (for the googly eyes) then continue winding the bandage until you reach the base of the jar. Trim off any excess bandage and secure with double sided tape.
Step 4
Attach the googly eyes to the jar using double sided tape. Place an LED candle in the jar before placing replacing the lid.
