Red Pepper Relish
This delicious red pepper relish is perfect served at a BBQ with kebabs or burgers. Recipe by KarenHB.
Makes 1 x 350ml Kilner® jar.
Ingredients and Method
- 3 Red peppers
- 1 Small red onion
- 1 Red chilli pepper
- 25ml Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Fry the onions in a pan slowly until soft
- Add the red peppers and chilli and cook for a further 5 minutes
- Add the balsamic vinegar and cook until you have a rich sticky consistency
- In the meantime sterilise your jar, fill with the relish and store in the fridge
- Enjoy within a few days
