Raspberry Gin

    When you are over-run with fresh raspberries, this quick recipe makes a deliciously sweet and tart liqueur. The prettiest dark pink colour, decant into smaller kilner bottles to gift.

    Makes 3 x 250ml Kilner® Bottles.

    Ingredients and Method


    • 750ml Gin
    • 450g Fresh Raspberries
    • 200g Grandulated Sugar


    1. Add the ingredients to a 2L Kilner® jar and shake every day for 1 month.
    2. Shake once a week for the next 2 months.
    3. Sieve the contents through muslin and pour into the Kilner® bottles.
    4. Serve as a liqueur.
