Kiwi, Fig, Banana and Apple Smoothie

This nutritious green smoothie is perfect for breakfast on the go. Packed full of nutrients from the fruit, this simple but yummy recipe will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

Ingredients and Method


  • 1 Banana, peeled
  • 1 Large Green Apple, Cored and Chopped
  • 3 Kiwi's, Chopped
  • 300ml Unsweetened Yogurt
  • 100ml Filtered Water
  • 100g Spinach
  • 1/2 Fig


  1. Add all ingredients to the jar.
  2. Place the silicone splash guard on the jar and secure with the screw band.
  3. Insert the hand blender into the jar and mix the ingredients until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Remove the splash guard.
  5. Place the silicone cap on the jar and secure with the screw band.
  6. Consume through the smoothie straw and enjoy!
