Homemade Christmas Fudge

Bake the perfect homemade Christmas gift by following our easy classic fudge recipe. Store in a Kilner® jar and gift to someone special.  

Ingredients and Method


  • 200g Brown sugar
  • 200g Caster sugar
  • 100ml Milk
  • 397g Condensed Milk
  • 100g Butter
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Place all ingredients into a large saucepan over a low heat. Stir continuously until all ingredients are dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir constantly, until it's thick and caramel coloured.
  2. Make sure the mixture doesn't catch on the bottom of the pan and burn.
  3. Remove from the heat and beat the mixture well until it starts to thicken. Pour the mixture into a tray and leave to cool.
  4. Before the fudge sets fully, carve lines on the top of the fudge to create squares, then cut when cold. The fudge will stay fresh in an airtight Kilner® jar for up to 3 weeks.
