Breakfast Oats

Make having healthy breakfasts easy with this quick Fruit and Oats Kilner® Breakfast Jar recipe. Perfect to take with you on the go, it can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for when you're short on time!

Ingredients and Method


  • 65g Rolled Oats
  • 30g Blueberries
  • 30g Strawberries
  • 80ml Milk or Yogurt, or vegan alternative


  1. Layer your oats and fruit in your Kilner® Snack On The Go Jar.
  2. Pour the milk or yoghurt into the stainless steel pot.
  3. Place the pot in the jar and fasten the lid tightly.
  4. When you’re ready to enjoy, pour the milk or yoghurt over the fruit and oats and mix well.
