Fig Sour Cocktail


  • 100ml/4 us fl oz brandy
  • 50ml/2 us fl oz lemon juice
  • 50ml/2 us fl oz sugar syrup
  • Chilled soda water
  • 2 ripe figs, cut in half
  • Ice to serve


Muddle two fig halves into your Kilner® cocktail shaker.

Add brandy, lemon juice and sugar syrup to your Kilner® cocktail shaker. Screw the cocktail shaker base onto the jar followed by the cap. Shake thoroughly to mix.

Remove the lid and pour into Kilner® handled jars filled with ice. Garnish with the remaining fig halves. Top with soda, water and garnish.
