It's Marmalade Season!

Marmalade season is upon us, one of the most exciting times of the year for preservers. From January through to February, Seville Oranges arrive from Southern Spain, ready to be peeled, shredded and turned into delicious marmalade. The season is only short but Seville Oranges can be frozen whole, so you can enjoy them all year round!
