Berry Delight Smoothie


  • 1 handful of strawberries (stalks removed)
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana (peeled, chopped)
  • 200-300ml unsweetened almond milk (or semi-skimmed)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp. yoghurt


Add frozen banana to a blender along with the raspberries and strawberries.

Pour in the almond milk (and yoghurt if required).

Blend until the texture is smooth.
