Almond & Vanilla Nut Drink


  • 125g/4.4oz of almonds soaked for 6 - 8 hours in water
  • 3 - 4 medjool dates
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt


1. Fill the jar up to the 125ml line indicator with almonds then add water up to the 500ml line.

2. Leave covered for 8 hours to soak.

3. Once soaked, dispose the water and replace with fresh water up to the 500ml line.

4. Add dates, vanilla extract and salt.

5. Place the silicone splash guard on and secure with the screw band.

6. Insert the hand blender and mix for 2-3 minutes at minimum speed.

7. Remove the splash guard and stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon then let stand for 15 minutes.

8. Place the silicone pouring lip and filter press plunger on the jar and secure with the screw band.

9. Press the plunger down very slowly to separate the almonds from the liquid.

10. Pour the drink straight from the jar and enjoy!

The nut milk can be stored in the fridge and consumed up to 3 days!

Top tip: Use the nut pulp to make bread, butter, biscuits and cakes!
