Raspberry Gin

When you are over-run with fresh raspberries, this makes a delicious sweet and tart liqueur.



Add the ingredients to a 2L jar and shake every day for 1 month

Shake once a week for the next 2 months.

Sieve the contents through muslin and pour into the Kilner® bottles.

Serve as a liqueur.
