Passion Fruit Coulis

This Passion Fruit coulis is quick and easy to make and is the perfect partner to creamy Greek yoghurt. Simply spoon some yoghurt into a Kilner jar and top with coulis for a simple breakfast or a light dessert.


  • 6 passion fruit
  • 170ml orange juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 100ml water


Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp and seeds into a medium sized saucepan. Pour in the orange juice, sugar and water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes or until the liquid has thickened slightly.

Leave to cool for a few minutes before straining out the seeds. Leave to fully cool before pouring over the yoghurt.
