School Day Smoothie

Smoothies can be an easy way to get the children to eat their 5-day and the School Day smoothie can be packed in lunch boxes with Kilner milk bottles.

  • 1 Apple
  •  ½ Frozen banana
  • Handful of Blueberries/strawberries
  • Organic whole milk

Use the Kilner 189ml Milk bottle to pack it away for the kids.

Cacaoholic Smoothie

Do you need your cacao fix and need it NOW? Emergency over!

  •  1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  •  2 Medjool dates – pitted
  •  1 tbsp of Almond Butter
  •  3 ice cubes
  •  ½ frozen Banana
  •  A splash of Vanilla extract
  •  1 tsp cinnamon (optional mood boost)
  •  Cover with an unsweetened almond milk.

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

With a more complex set of ingredients comes a more rewarding taste! The Tropical Smoothie Bowl is amazing…one you’ll make again and again with Clean Supper Club.

  •  1 frozen banana
  •  ½ cup of soaked cashews
  •  ½ – 1 tsp turmeric
  •  2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
  •  1 tsp cinnamon
  •  small handful of frozen mango
  •  small of handful of oats
  •  1 cup of Coconut milk

(Topped with milled flax seeds and pomegranate)

A slightly thicker texture makes this ideal for a clip top jar to store or for on the go!

The Starter Smoothie is a quick and easy citrus masterpiece and a sure thing to give you that morning vitamin C boost!

Starter Smoothie – familiar flavours for beginners.

  •  1 apple
  •  ½ thumb sized piece of ginger
  •  juice of ½ lemon
  • 170ml of coconut milk.
  •  1 clementine
  • 8cm length of carrot

You’ll need a 0.5L Kilner jar to drink this on the go of a morning!
